Chief Executive Officer
Rhyll has worked in varied roles within the public, private and not for profit sectors, and as a volunteer mentor to young people. Beginning her career at Variety – the Children’s Charity, she has also worked with a Member of the Victorian Parliament, and run her own restaurant in Carlton.
Rhyll lived in London from 1998 to 2008, and worked at organisations such as the Financial Times, and the London Borough of Southwark where she managed a large corporate employee-volunteering program. This highly successful program involved brokering partnerships between large corporations and state primary and secondary schools.
Rhyll proudly joined the Western Melbourne Regional Development Australia (WMRDA) Committee in August 2015.
Rhyll is responsible for leading Western Chances, ensuring the organisation is managed efficiently and effectively.

Anne has a Business Degree and Diploma of Education, Secondary. She has utilised her teaching skills in corporate training, tutoring, and university lecturing.
Anne spent most of her working life in the client services area of advertising agencies. Undertaking a number of volunteering roles led her to join the not for profit sector in June 2012, as Program Manager at Western Chances.
Anne is responsible for managing the development, documentation, and delivery of the Scholarships and Links Program at Western Chances. Anne is also looking after the Alumni Community program whilst we search for a new team member.

Felicity Dakin (Fizz)
Fizz joined Western Chances after working as an Operations Manager and Compliance Manager in hospitality, event, staffing and recruitment and has extensive experience in project implementation and database management.
Having volunteered for many years with a not for profit community service organisation with a focus on people, leadership and active participation, Fizz is passionate about creating increased opportunities for young people living in the western suburbs of Melbourne.
Fizz is responsible for managing all aspects of administration and operations at Western Chances, including community relationships, database management, events, marketing, the Scholarships and Links Program, and volunteers.

Betty has worked in administration since 1991. Before joining Western Chances, she worked in a large medical practice where she managed the day-to-day running of surgery.
Betty joined Western Chances in February 2006. She assists the Operations Manager with a wide range of administrative duties in the areas of events, finance, programs and scholarships.
