Chief Executive Officer
Rhyll has worked in varied roles within the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, and as a volunteer mentor to children and young people.
Beginning her career at Variety – the Children’s Charity, Rhyll has also worked with a Member of the Victorian Parliament, and in hospitality running her family’s North Carlton restaurant. During Rhyll’s 10 year stint living in London, she worked for the Financial Times, Chelsea Arts Club, Posterscope, the London Borough of Southwark and for the UK supermodel Kate Moss.
Rhyll is a proud member of the Western Metropolitan Partnerships committee which advises the state government on actions that can make a real difference to the liveability and prosperity of Melbourne’s western suburbs.
Rhyll is responsible for leading Western Chances, ensuring the organisation is managed efficiently and effectively. She commenced with Western Chances in March 2009.

Anne has a Business Degree and Diploma of Education, Secondary. She has utilised her teaching skills in corporate training, tutoring, and university lecturing.
Anne spent most of her working life in the client services area of advertising agencies. Undertaking a number of volunteering roles led her to join the not for profit sector in June 2012, as Program Manager at Western Chances.
Anne is responsible for managing the development, documentation, and delivery of the Scholarships and Links Program at Western Chances. Anne is also responsible for the management and development of the Alumni Community.

Felicity Dakin (Fizz)
Fizz joined Western Chances after working as an Operations Manager and Compliance Manager in hospitality, event, staffing and recruitment. She has extensive experience in project implementation and database management.
Having volunteered for many years with a not for profit community service organisation with a focus on people, leadership and active participation, Fizz is passionate about creating increased opportunities for young people living in the western suburbs of Melbourne.
Fizz is responsible for managing all aspects of administration and operations at Western Chances, including community relationships, database management, events, marketing, the Scholarships and Links Program, and volunteers.

Finance and Administration Coordinator
Betty has worked in administration since 1991. Before joining Western Chances, she worked in a large medical practice where she managed the day-to-day running of surgery.
Betty joined Western Chances in February 2006. She coordinates a wide range of administrative duties working alongside the Operations Manager working on events, finance, programs and scholarships.
